My name is Courtney Gleason, and I'm the founder and lead coach of Homesteader University. My husband David and I started our own homestead in 2014, with no products, no customer base, no social media presence, and no one waiting in line to buy our homestead products.
Since then, we have built our homestead and business- Humble Acres- from the ground up. Leaning heavily on our business backgrounds, learning through trial and error, and propelled by big goals and plenty of vision, we now have a systematic model for building a homestead business. That model is found at Homesteader University.

The details
We spend our time living out our dream on the homestead. We're not just posting pretty pictures on social media.
Because we have big dreams and not a lot of time, we work to find efficiencies, methods, and systems to help grow and scale our own business. Our training is full of useful, actionable advice based on our own experience.
The best part? We are able to run the business side of our homestead while also working off-homestead, operating a separate family business, homeschooling our four kiddos, and doing all of this alongside all the other things life throws at us.
Our business model is so systematized by this time that it takes less than an hour a week to implement, and we operate on a sell-out basis.
